Am I Allowed to Print or Reproduce the Resources?
The copyright for most of our products extends to use within one school or institution.
Musicplay grants teachers and schools specific permissions to use its resources — including embedding audio and video in a private LMS and photocopying pages for classroom use — but prohibits posting song videos publicly (e.g., on YouTube), photocopying student workbooks, or reproducing content for profit.
Can teachers embed Musicplay audio and video in an LMS?
Teachers/Schools that have purchased the Musicplay Digital or Student Book Packages have permission to embed audio files and song videos from the Musicplay Packages in their private LMS such as Google Classroom or SeeSaw, for use by their own students only. Attention!
Teachers may not post Musicplay Digital resource song videos on YouTube or any other public platform. Embedded content must remain within the private LMS and accessible only to the teacher's own students.
What are the photocopying permissions for Musicplay resources?
The copyright for most of our products covers use within one school or institution. Copyright requirements are printed on the front page of each product, or at the bottom of each individual page.
You are permitted to photocopy pages from our resources for use within one school, with the following exception:
- You may not photocopy student workbooks or student editions.
