How do I join my district's group on MusicplayOnline?

There are a couple of different ways you can be added to your district's group.

There are two main ways to join your district group on Musicplay Online:

1) Your group admin has added you to the group manually.

2) Your group admin has created and sent an invite link. The link will look something like this: https://accounts.musicplay.ca/district-invite/EXAMPLE

Manually Added

If the district admin has added you manually to the group, your account is set to 'Invited' and you need to accept the invitation. Follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your account.
  2. Click the Dashboard button in the upper right corner of the page.
  3. Select Edit Profile.
  4. When prompted, click Join District to accept the invitation.

If you did not previously have an account, the district adding process has created one for you. An email has been sent with an activation link that you can click to complete the account. Once that is done, you will be prompted to accept or reject your district's invitation.

Invite Link

If you were sent an invite link, the steps differ depending on whether you already have a Musicplay Online account:

  1. Existing account: Log in to your account first, then click the invite link.
  2. New to Musicplay Online: Create a free account, log in, then click the invite link.
Once logged in and on the invitation page, click Join District to be added to the group.

If you did not receive an invitation email, check your spam or junk folder. If it is not there, contact your district admin to confirm the email address on file, or reach out to support@musicplay.ca for further assistance.
