This event site displays different content depending on whether you are signed in and registered. The sections below describe what you will see in each state.
Before registering/While not signed in
Starting at the top of the page you will see several quick links. These links will take you to the part of the page that covers each topic.
To the right, you will see the Login and Register buttons if you are not logged in, or a My Profile dropdown and notification icon if you are logged in.
The My Profile Dropdown will let you edit account settings, view certificates you have earned from previous workshops, and view all past events you have been a part of.
Scrolling down, you will see the 'What to Expect' section, explaining what will happen in the current event.
Beneath that you will find the presenters for the current event. Clicking on their picture will open up a short bio and show both the sessions they are presenting for this event, as well as any handouts they have for those sessions.
Under the presenters you will find the Ways to Attend. Here you can purchase access to the event and view any add ons that are available.
Below the purchase options is the schedule for the event, with the first day shown and links to load the other days.
At the very bottom, you will see some frequently asked questions.
While Registered
While registered, most of the same information is still available on the page — including the schedule and presenter list. The following sections describe the additional features visible only to registered attendees.
The first new element you will see is a ticket summary at the top of the screen. This confirms the access level you have purchased and lists any add-ons you have. It also includes a link to purchase additional add-ons.
Below that you will see the Next Steps! This will give you a few suggestions of things to do to get ready for the event. If you close this box with the button at the bottom, or if the live portion of the event has passed, this box won't appear.
Below that you will see the event info. This will show where it is and any hotel info for the in person event, and both in-person and virtual will wee a 'What to Bring' section with everything you'll want to have on hand for the sessions.
Accessing the Videos
To access session videos, scroll down to the schedule. When you are signed in and registered, each session in the schedule becomes a clickable link. Clicking a session opens the session page, where you will find the livestream or recording. Note: You must be both signed in and registered for the event to access session content.
