How many users/teachers can share a license?

MusicplayOnline does not support sharing accounts with multiple teachers. Please be aware that if you are sharing an account, we are unable to provide support for issues that arise as a result of account sharing.

Some common issues with shared accounts include:

• Passwords being changed by other users.
• My Lists being deleted/renamed/created by other users
• Accounts are limited to 4 devices at one time — if a 5th device attempts to access, the oldest one will be logged out automatically.

If you would like to register 5 or more teachers, we provide District Accounts, which allow an administrator to manage accounts for 5 or more teachers.
