How do I disable Auto-Renew or cancel my MusicplayOnline account?

With our new accounts system, you can set up automatic payments! This is done during registration and is completely optional. You can also cancel at any time.

Cancelling Recurring Payments

You can cancel your recurring payments at any time. To do this, visit your MusicplayOnline Accounts page. You can also navigate there from MusicplayOnline by going to Dashboard > Subscription.

Once on the page, follow these steps:

  1. Scroll down to the Membership section.
  2. Click the Cancel Recurring button.

Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period, after which no further payments will be taken.

Cancelling a Trial

If you are on a 15-day free trial, you do not need to take any action to cancel. Simply use your trial for the remaining duration — your account will automatically become inactive when the trial ends, and no charges will be made. Trial accounts are not enrolled in automatic payments.

Cancelling or deleting a MusicplayOnline account

To permanently delete your MusicplayOnline account, please submit a support request. Please note that account deletion is permanent and all your data will be removed.
