      How do I purchase a MusicplayOnline Subscription?

      Whether you are looking to use MusicplayOnline in your classroom, or purchase for your district, we can get you started quickly.

      Table of Contents:

      USA

      We have a few different ways to purchase subscriptions depending on your school’s requirements. 

      Teacher

      1. The easiest method is to order right through your MusicplayOnline account (credit card required).
        1. Login to your account (or create an account - learn more here).
        2. Click on “Dashboard” (top right corner).
        3. Click on “Subscription” and click on the blue “Purchase a Subscription” button.
        4. If you’d like to invoice the school or submit a PO, you have the choice to upload the PO or send it by email.

          To submit a PO online, 
          1. Login to your account (or create an account - learn more here).
          2. Click on “Dashboard” (top right corner).
          3. Click on “Subscription” and click on the blue “Purchase a Subscription” button.
          4. Enter your billing information and choose "One-Time Payment."
          5. Enter the PO number, then drag and drop or Browse to upload the file.
          To request an invoice or submit a PO by email, complete the order form below. You can send the form to sales@musicplay.ca. If you're using a PO, please send both the PO and the order form at the same time.

          3. Make checks payable to "Themes & Variations" (the parent company of Musicplay).
        5. If you'd like to send a request for someone else to purchase subscription time on your behalf for an existing account:
        6. Login to your account (or create an account - learn more here).
        7. Click on “Dashboard” (top right corner).
        8. Click on “Subscription” and click on the green “Make a Purchase Request” button.

      Purchasing on behalf of someone else (1-4 MusicplayOnline licenses)

      1. Complete the purchase on our Store website (click here).
      2. If you’d like to invoice the school or submit a PO, complete the order form below. You can send the form to sales@musicplay.ca. If you're using a PO, please send both the PO and the order form at the same time.

        3. Make checks payable to "Themes & Variations" (the parent company of Musicplay).
      3. Ask your teacher to send a purchase request from their existing account to you. They should:
          1. Login to their account (or create an account - learn more here).
          2. Click on “Dashboard” (top right corner).
          3. Click on “Subscription” and click on the green “Make a Purchase Request” button.

      Purchasing as a District (5+ MusicplayOnline Licenses)

      Please complete the district inquiry form.

      Attention - Do you require a W9 form?

      Some USA-based schools and districts also require a W9 form. Because we are a Canadian company, we can provide you with a W-8BEN-E form which is the equivalent for foreign vendors. Click here to download the W-8BEN-E form.

      If your school or district is unable to purchase internationally please submit the intake form at JJ&Me to receive a W9 form.

      Canada

      Warning:

      Purchase by credit card is the only valid payment method for international orders.

      Teacher
