How do I purchase a MusicplayOnline Subscription?

USA

We have a few different ways to purchase subscriptions depending on your school’s requirements. 

Teacher

1. The easiest method is to order right through your MusicplayOnline account.
   

   1. Login to your account (or create an account - learn more here).

   2. Click on “Dashboard” (top right corner).

   3. Click on “Subscription” and click on the blue “Purchase a Subscription” button.

2. If you’d like to invoice the school or submit a PO, you have the choice to upload the PO or send it by email.
   

   To submit a PO online, 

   1. Login to your account (or create an account - learn more here).

   2. Click on “Dashboard” (top right corner).

   3. Click on “Subscription” and click on the blue “Purchase a Subscription” button.

   4. Enter your billing information and choose "One-Time Payment."

   5. Enter the PO number, then drag and drop or Browse to upload the file.

3. If you'd like to send a request for someone else to purchase subscription time on your behalf for an existing account:

   1. Login to your account (or create an account - learn more here).

   2. Click on “Dashboard” (top right corner).

   3. Click on “Subscription” and click on the green “Make a Purchase Request” button.

Purchasing on behalf of someone else (1-4 MusicplayOnline licenses)

1. You can use our automated system to purchase on behalf of another user. Click here to go to the guest checkout or follow the instructions below: 
   1. Go to accounts.musicplay.ca while not logged in.
   2. On the login screen, click the "Register for an account" link at the top right.
   3. Select "On behalf of a teacher"
   4. This will allow you to enter the email of the teacher you would like to purchase for.
2. Ask your teacher to send a purchase request from their existing account to you. They should:
   1. Login to their account (or create an account - learn more here).
   2. Click on “Dashboard” (top right corner).
   3. Click on “Subscription” and click on the green “Make a Purchase Request” button.
3. If you’d like to invoice the school or submit a PO, complete the order form below. You can send the form to sales@musicplay.ca. If you're using a PO, please send both the PO and the order form at the same time.

   3. Make checks payable to "Themes & Variations" (the parent company of Musicplay).
4. Complete the purchase on our Store website (click here). 

Purchasing as a District (5+ MusicplayOnline Licenses)

Please complete the district inquiry form.

Canada
