# I've lost my download code, can I still get my download?
## Absolutely! We will need proof of purchase ( your receipt works best!)
### Check your Email
Your download code is sent to you by email at the time of purchase. Follow the steps below to locate it.
When you purchased your product, you received two different emails. One email contained your official invoice, and the other included a link to your Thank You page where you can find your download code. ### Check your Physical Product

If the two methods above don't work please email an invoice or proof of purchase to our [support team at orders@musicplay.ca](mailto:orders@musicplay.ca). If you don’t have an invoice, please include your name, email address, school name, and any other details that may help us locate your order (such as the approximate purchase date or product name).
