I've lost my download code, can I still get my download?
Absolutely! We will need proof of purchase ( your receipt works best!)
Where do I find my download code?
Your download code can be found in one of two places: in the email you received at the time of purchase, or printed inside your physical book. If you cannot locate it either way, contact the support team at orders@musicplay.ca with proof of purchase.
How do I find my download code by email?
When you purchased your product, you received two emails:
- An email with your official invoice.
- An email with a link to your Thank You page, where your download code is displayed.

If you have a printed book, you will find your download code printed on the inside front cover or the first page of the book. Learn more here: How do I find my download code?
What should I do if I still cannot find my download code?
If neither of the methods above helps you locate your code, please email an invoice or proof of purchase to our support team at orders@musicplay.ca. If you don’t have an invoice, please include your name, email address, school name, and any other details that may help us locate your order (such as the approximate purchase date or product name).
