For digital subscriptions, such as MusicplayOnline or Summer Symposium access, and for digital download resources, refunds are unavailable.

What is the policy for physical products?

Physical products, such as print books, recorders or branded apparel, are also subject to our no-refund policy. That being said the team is open to making exceptions for unique circumstances. If you would like to ask about receiving a refund for a physical product please email orders@musicplay.ca with your request.
