When is the last day to register for the Symposium?
The Sing! Dance! Play! Summer Symposium happens in July, and depending on how you want to access will change when you should purchase.
When is the registration deadline?
The registration deadline depends on how you plan to attend. In-person attendees must register at least 2 days before the event; livestream attendees can register any time before the event starts; and those purchasing virtual access for recordings can register up to December 31 of the year the event took place.
When should I register to attend live?
The registration deadline for in-person attendance is 2 days before the event. However, it is recommended you purchase your ticket at least a month before the event. This will give the team time to get any swag bags together, print your name badge and handout, and prepare anything else we need. Additionally, add-ons such as lunch or an excursion have their own earlier order deadlines, so registering in advance ensures you still have access to those options.
Livestream
If you want to attend virtually and catch the livestream, you can register any time before the event. We do recommend giving yourself a day or two just in case there are technical issues with the order so we can sort it out before the event starts.
Recordings
If you just want to watch the recordings, registration for the virtual access will stay open after the event has happened. The cutoff for registering has historically been December 31 of the year the event took place.
This cutoff is just for new registrations. If you are already registered (in-person recorded access OR virtual) you will maintain access to the recordings until August 1st of the year following the event.
